Begging and pleading, for you not to die,
screaming and shouting, trying hard not to cry.
Not wanting to lose a friend, to a all to bitter end.
Sometimes I wonder why I even try, as we never see each other eye-to-eye.
Late nights, and short fights. that's who we are,
but why must we be, oh so very far.
I don't want to lose you, I know others don't too.
Should you choose to die, please at least say good-bye.
I do not know if you'll ever read this, if you would it would grant at least one wish,
I'd prefer to say that I'm ok.
But the truth is I'm not...it's a very hard thought.
Losing another friend. this time to a more permanente end....
I wish you could see, a friend, one I at least tried to be.
I wish you could see, how much of a friend you were to me.
I wish I could say good-bye....and that we could have at least once seen eye-to-eye......
